Our Enchanted Earth Presents a uniquely created yoga class for kids and their families. By using an animal as our focus of the class, we tune into the natural wisdom that they represent. For example, owls are regarded as wise, dogs are loving, lions are courageous, etc. This theme will be woven throughout the entirety of the class. Physical movement helps our bodies process and integrate information in a concrete way, which also affects our mental health.
We then incorporate that into our Imagination Meditation, where the kids will do what kids do best- using their imaginations to reinforce renewing emotional states.
By using diaphragmatic breathing, belly breathing, and heart centered breathing we re-set the nervous system, specifically triggering the parasympathetic nervous system (an overall resting state), the enteric nervous system (located in our gut), and the vagus nerve (located in our heart).
Our classes end with a Mindfulness Art lesson. By drawing the animal, the kids are cementing the lesson in their brains, and creating something that they can treasure as a keepsake.
We will be featuring a new animal each week. This class will be live on Zoom every Saturday morning at 10 AM PST.

Our books offer kids and parents the opportunity to address multiple aspects of wellness, whether from the perspective of the physical body, the emotional body, the spiritual body, and our planet earth as a whole.
We believe that nature and the environment are integral to wellness, and as such, we heavily feature stories that involve not only humans, but also the elements of the earth that we live on.
Multiple interactive story formats are offered to fit you and your child's needs. From Audio/Visual Stories, to traditional books, to coloring storybooks for an extra level of integration.
